Brønnerødtoppen

Villa Fredrikstad
Size: 234.5 sqm
Status: Ongoing

After acquiring a plot of land at Brønnerødtoppen, Fredrikstad, the customer wanted to realise their dream of a forever family home together with us.

They wanted a modern yet classic home inspired by Danish homes. The design of the house is an L-shaped, simple and clean expression with a north-south orientated gable roof and a cross wing to the west, as well as a pitched roof on the east side of the roof.

The flat-roofed garage is located on the slope facing the road and is at the same level as the road surface, while the house is placed higher up on the plot, giving it a prominent position.

The building will have a brick façade and a dark sheet metal roof, giving a sense of stability and visual unity.

The architecture is minimalist and functional, with clean lines and few protruding details, emphasising the building's raw and simple form.

A tiled terrace runs along the front and back of the house, level with the flat roof of the garage. This terrace connects the main house and the detached garage with a stable brick foundation.

The main entrance is placed discreetly on the house's northern gable facade.
