Onsøy Golf Academy has a total area of 33,000 m² for leisure and tourism purposes. The project aims to promote the experience of nature while providing modern facilities for golf, leisure and accommodation. The area will be developed with a combination of holiday homes and tourist facilities in an attractive coastal location on Onsøy outside Fredrikstad.

In total, more than 13,000 square metres of buildings and associated parking facilities will be developed. The project consists of three main elements:

• Golf AcademyA training and activity building with a golf simulator, training rooms, meeting rooms and service facilities for golfers and visitors.
• Residential apartments:50 modern apartments in five buildings, positioned to blend into the landscape and minimise the impact on nature.
• Enhanced ClubhouseA central meeting point with features to support both the golf course and other visitors.

The project combines modern facilities with bespoke architecture and respect for nature. With a focus on site adaptation, the buildings are carefully positioned to protect the terrain and preserve the vegetation and green structure. The architectural design is characterised by natural materials and a modern Scandinavian aesthetic, inspired by existing buildings.
