The project aims to link the best qualities of the immediate local area to the site. It forms a network of covered paths towards and within the high-tech and modern campus of Uloba Headquarters.

Forthermore, we want to promote with this project a new way of thinking about accessibility and sustainability to inspire future projects and lifestyle. As such, it is part of the FutureBuilt program, which encourages carbon neutral and sustainable urban projects in the Oslo urban area. The project aims to be certified with the most excellent grading according to the BREEAM-NOR certification and meet all requirements regarding passive house and energy solutions. Thanks to that, the project of Uloba Headquarters will be use as a flagship project by Futurebuilt to change the way buildings and urban area are developed, as one of their pilot projects.
